Experiments done in the sculpture class of the International Summer Academy in Salzburg. I received the opportunity to take part of the class of Michael Beutler. We were 23 artists coming from different places and background wanting to study new methods of working with space and installation. Since I'm not working often with plaster, I decided to make a structure out of this material to explore its fragility and potential for working with architectonic forms.
Structures are solely produced by the principles underlying observed phenomena, and as such delve beyond their representation (how something is shown) within structural determinants: structure is the syntax of transformation, the relational system latent in any object, which can thereform be present in not obviously related ones.
